Returns & Exchanges

At Kettlewell, we want you to love every color you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Complete Your Form

  Mark the items you are returning on the dispatch note included in your parcel and select the appropriate reason code for each garment.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items and the completed return form back into the original reusable mailing bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to create your prepaid shipping label or QR code, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
